    Marketing Manager

    About the Role:

    As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Versus Socks. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, who is passionate about leading teams, driving results, and making an impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
    • Campaign Management: Oversee and manage all marketing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver optimal results.
    • Team Management: Lead and inspire a small but talented marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
    • Brand Development: Elevate the Versus Socks brand through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations.
    • Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all marketing initiatives.
    • Industry Knowledge: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of running, cycling and sport to create targeted marketing strategies that resonate with our active audience.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the fashion or consumer goods industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
    • A interest in healthy living and sport will be highly advantageous
    • Strong campaign management skills with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
    • Deep understanding of running, cycling and sport to tailor marketing strategies and engage our target audience effectively.
    • Innovative thinking with the ability to bring fresh ideas and approaches to our marketing efforts.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and optimise strategies accordingly.
    • A proactive, ambitious attitude with a desire to grow and succeed within a fast-paced environment.
    • Bring a results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets while delivering exceptional work.
    • Demonstrate a career-driven attitude, showing ambition and a strong desire to grow with Versus Socks.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
