    Marketing Manager

    About the Role:

    As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Versus Socks. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, who is passionate about leading teams, driving results, and making an impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
    • Campaign Management: Oversee and manage all marketing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver optimal results.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the fashion or consumer goods industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
    • A interest in healthy living and sport will be highly advantageous
    • Strong campaign management skills with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

    About the Role:

    As the Digital Design Specialist at Versus Socks, you will be the creative force behind our brand's digital presence. You’ll take the lead in designing visually striking assets that captivate our audience, from engaging social media graphics to optimised website layouts and impactful email marketing campaigns. Your role will involve maintaining our brand’s visual identity while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Graphic Design: Create visually stunning assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts and stories, web banners, offline marketing and more.
    • Website Design & Maintenance: Design and update website pages, ensuring a visually appealing, user-friendly experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
    • Email Marketing Design: Design and optimise email marketing campaigns, creating visually engaging templates that drive customer engagement and sales.
    • Social Media Graphics: Develop eye-catching graphics tailored for social media platforms that increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms while injecting innovative ideas.
    • Campaign Design: Develop graphics for promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events that resonate with our target audience.
    • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to bring design concepts to life in alignment with our brand strategy.
    • Visual Content Development: Produce high-quality graphics and web content, tailored for various digital platforms and devices.
    • Trendsetting: Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our visual, web, and email content stays ahead of the curve.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, and email marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
    • Healthy Living: A interest in healthy living and sport will be highly advantageous
    • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of Shopify and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is highly advantageous.
    • Creativity: A portfolio that showcases your ability to create compelling, on-brand graphics, websites, and email designs that engage and convert.
    • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, with a commitment to high-quality output and consistency.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand’s unique personality. From eye-catching social media posts to engaging product imagery, your work will contribute to creating excitement around the Versus brand.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Content Creation: Design and produce exciting visual content for various platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
    • Social Media Content: Create exciting and engaging images and Reels for our social media channels. We don’t do boring - bring the excitement.
    • Branding: Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand identity, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all channels.
    • Photography & Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit product photos and videos that showcase our socks in creative and compelling ways.
    • Graphic Design: Create promotional graphics and other visual assets to support marketing campaigns.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies and contribute to the overall creative direction.
    • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry developments to keep our content fresh and relevant.
    • Analytics: Monitor the performance of visual content and use insights to optimize and improve future work.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, photography, videography, or a related field.
