    Learning and Development Facilitator - Human Resource Department

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Collaborate with management and employees to identify training needs.
    • Provide input to the Learning and Development Strategy and other development strategies.
    • Develop learning and delivery plans in line with the training calendar.
    • Foster a positive learning culture and create a supportive adult learning environment.
    • Design course objectives and learning outcomes.
    • Create training evaluation tools and customised training programs.
    • Manage content for the Induction Program and maintain e-learning content.
    • Measure the impact of training programs to ensure they meet organisational needs.
    • Manage and track the training schedule to ensure timely delivery.
    • Prepare and manage all training aids and materials.
    • Deliver training sessions tailored to different learning styles.
    • Implement the annual training calendar in line with PDPs and organisational needs.
    • Liaise with external training providers to enhance training delivery.
    • Continuously review training practices to align with organisational strategies.
    • Analyse and report on training evaluations.
    • Compile and update training evaluation reports.
    • Support the development and submission of the annual Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) in compliance with SETA requirements.

    • The candidate must demonstrate the following skills: Analytical thinking, excellent verbal, and written communication skills. collaboration, problem solving, creative thinking and design skills, planning and organisational skills.

    Requirements

    • A National Diploma or NQF 6 equivalent qualification with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Experience in adult learning principles and facilitation skills. Understanding of Skills Development Legislations and South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
