Enablement Manager - Witbank at Glencore

 Key Responsibilities

• Enhancing decision making by development and deployment of insightful dashboards, reporting, and analytics tools to improve supply chain productivity.
• Taking responsibility for communication, training and implementation of the defined business processes.
• Managing the tracking of department Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
• Providing market insight support for sourcing strategies.
• Conducting supply chain analytics to drive business decisions.
• Ensuring compliance to the relevant Policies, Procedures and Legislation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial/supply chain.
• Enterprise Resource Planning System (SAP/COUPA) experience.
• Procurement and Sourcing Principles and Standards, knowledge and experience.
• Mining experience will be advantageous.
• Experience with analytical tools.
