    Credit Controller- Claremont - WC

    Requirements

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain a consistently low level of bad debt
    • Achieve and maintain KPI targets for collections, bad debt, DSO, and query resolution against the budget
    • Establish close communication with business units, internal and external clients, with a focus on timely collections and query resolution
    • Regularly meet with business partners and coordinate control functions
    • Implement collection strategies across the national market
    • Identify and build relationships with key client contacts to ensure timely recovery
    • Proactively review and follow up on outstanding debts
    • Provide debtor analysis for key clients and client portfolios
    • Assist Account Managers with reconciliations and other ad hoc debtor analysis, particularly regarding debtors reconciliations
    • Offer accurate advice on debt management, queries, VAT issues, etc.
    • Contribute to the analysis of ledger accounts and billing history
    • Collaborate with billing department to resolve credit control queries promptly
    • Participate in internal reviews of policies and knowledge capture of market information from file inception to recovery
    • Ensure all relevant details are included in the "collection package" provided to the market for collections
    • Analyze market breakdown and calculate accurate proportions due from the client base
    • Assist with planning for future developments and identify new opportunities where the credit control function can support the company's business objectives

    QUALIFICATIONS and  EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 3 years in a credit control experience as well as 2 years exposure in reconciliations
    • Experience & exposure in a Service or FMCG environment (Banking Sector, Retail Sector ) is essential as it is key accounts and on an open item system
    • Previous exposure to OnGuard/CreditNext and NAV/Business Central
    • Proven working knowledge of accounting system (Credit Management 1,2,3)
    • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel -Advance, etc.)

    In- Field Sales Consultant - Pest Control Division

    Requirements

    • A vacancy has arisen for a Sales Consultant selling our Pest control services in our Linbro Park branch in Gauteng. Preference will be given to suitable applicants in line with the Company Normalisation Policy.

    To grow the company portfolio and achieve predetermined sales targets by promoting and selling our products and services by

    • Matric/ equivalent
    • 2- 5 years sales experience
    • Valid driver’s licence
    • Penetrating an allocated sales area and sourcing potential new customers
    • Contacting existing customers to provide solutions for their current, growing and new needs
    • Use own initiative to obtain appointments with Tier 2 customers (>R15 000 but <R200 000 annual portfolio value)
    • Hold face to face visits with a minimum of 6 decision-makers per day
    • 1 x Customer Review per day
    • Utilise RISE (sales methodology) to understand customer and to shift client around the sales process to decision point
    • Conduct all necessary surveys
    • Obtain target in contract sales as a commitment to the business per month
    • Complete necessary documentation accurately and submit timeously
    • Tracking all KPI’s and other planning and reporting tools

    External Sales Consultant Pest Control: Linbro Park

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Achieve Predetermined Sales targets
    • Complete, update and maintain all required sales administration and reporting systems in compliance to policies and procedures
    • Locate potential business through research, prospecting, tele-canvassing and cold calling
    • Attend to phone enquiries and leads from colleagues
    • Conduct sales calls and presentations to new or existing customers.
    • Undertake needs analysis by conducting thorough survey of client premises
    • Complete site risk assessments for every client proposal
    • Report all findings back to the client by presenting a proposal, which includes a pricing structures, that describe the benefits of using our services.
    • Endeavour to gain the client’s acceptance and obtain authorization on a new service agreement.
    • Approach the client portfolio for annual price adjustments
    • Maintain and improve the client retention target rate by building and maintaining professional client relationships
    • Increase the client portfolio by identifying cross and up selling opportunities

    • Relevant Tertiary Education advantageous
