Data Processing Administrator - QPro Feeds, Bethlehem (REF:2024083) at VKB Group

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (NQF4)
• At least 3-years proven work experience within an Administrative role
• Expert Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience in other Data Capturing programmes will be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities

• Capturing of data on a daily basis by means of sheets, programmes and documentation
• Processing of data so that it can be presented in meaningful, interpretable reports
• Assist in the compilation of monthly management pieces
• Manage data access
• Monitor, configure and control of security camera footage system for the QPro premises
• View and prepare footage for system reports.
• Update the Gate and camera reports and registers of Intake, dispatch, and other loads I and from the QPro premises.
• Assist with any camera footage regarding any other job-related queries.
• Ensure Video Surveillance equipment quality of images and recordings.
• Capturing of Diesel slips on a daily basis.
• Assisting with any other finance and admin jobs as required from time to time.
