    Contact Centre Agent - Sales - Cape Town

    The Role:

    • As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for initiating and managing sales. Your goal will be to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Successfully Close sales calls with potential customers.
    •  Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the product.

    The detail:

    •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    •  Self-motivated and self-driven with a proactive approach.
    •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    •  Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    •  Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging potential clients effectively.
    •  Sales Techniques: Understanding various sales methodologies and techniques.
    •  Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and persist with a positive attitude is vital.
    •  Negotiation Skills: Being able to negotiate effectively to close deals is a key component of sales success.

    What do you need to work here?

    • 6 months of Contact Centre experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Computer literacy
