    Minimum Requirements:

    • SA Citizen
    • Resident of Ekurhuleni (proof of residence)
    • Unemployed
    • Grade 12 and post matric qualification
    • Any Administrative, Management, Public administration qualification will be added as an advantage
    • Computer certificate

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Organize and schedule meetings, events including service delivery programmes within wards
    • Keep records and reports up to date
    • Keep records and reports up to date
    • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
    • Escalate unresolved service delivery logged queries that are still open in the system
    • Draw-out daily service delivery system generated reports
    • Respond to data-related inquiries from other departments
    • Provide support for data-related projects and initiatives
