Overview
To administer the Distribution process in terms of orders, stock levels, cancellations, re-allocations and the monitoring of overseas and local systems in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.Q requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E.Q tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
1 - 3 years Supply Chain / Logistic experience (especially in land transportation, maritime and customs management) in the automotive industry

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Administration of the factory ordering of all MBSA vehicles upon receipt of signed and approved order sheet.
- Administration of the orderbook and inventory levels of MBSA's vehicles
- Administration of all transactions in adherence to the Distribution Policy of MBSA
- Continuous improvement. Optimisation and continuous improvement of distribution and logistics process and system to ensure optimal efficiency
- Administration of the calculation for customer delivery dates in order to ensure optimal customer experience
1 - 3 years Supply Chain / Logistic experience (especially in land transportation, maritime and customs management) in the automotive industry
