    Diesel Mechanic - Durban

    Description

    • Accurately diagnose faults found and reported on a vehicle (trouble shooting).
    • Carry out servicing and repairs to vehicles in an efficient manner.
    • Conduct road tests on repaired vehicles as and when needed.
    • Ensure workshop quality, safety and security procedures are adhered to at all times.
    • Report any vehicle faults other than those on the job card.
    • Conduct servicing according to MAN specifications and service sheet.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    After Sales Business Developer - Modderfontein

    Description

    • Ensure Parts Sales and distribution of all MAN related Parts, Services are increased.
    • Maintain Contribution Margin by offering correct discount structures to dealers and fleet customers.

    Description

    • Monitor supplier compliance to QMS and OHS requirements by conducting audits
    • Oversee performance of security service provider as per KPIs due to site security responsibility

    Service Advisor - Centurion

    • Provide effective customer contact regarding all aspects on repairs undertaken on customer’s vehicle.
    • Ensure prior authorization of repairs/service is obtained & customers’ signature is on the job card.

    Sales Support Administrator - Bloemfontein

    Description

    • Ensure that the delivery planning is actioned ahead of time as per the all the requirements specified in the Sales Pack.       
    • Develop and maintain relationships and interact with suppliers, and PDI Centres.
    • Manage the Sales Pack/Order Book requirements preparation for final delivery.
    • Ensure that PDI centerers completes all specified items as per the sales pack.
    • Travel between suppliers and customers, if and where necessary in order to have the vehicle ready.

    • Control and manage permit allocations.
    • Must be prepared to be the company Proxy for the Region and take full responsibility for this function.
    • Assist in making the necessary driver training arrangements in conjunction with the Vehicle Sales Representatives.
    • Assist Vehicle Sales Executive with trade in arrangements and managing thereof.
    • Manage and assist Trade Back and Buy backs per region in conjunction with Vehicle Sales Executives – Returns portfolio.
    • Assist with the IVR Process - inspections and discrepancies.
    • Assist the Sales Admin department in raising PO’s and Deal updates if workload requires.
    • Manage and assist with the preparation of demo trucks.
    • Assist with the delivery and return process of the demos.
    • Assist with the pre-inspections and return inspection of demos.
    • Required to assist with any other sales department requirements Meetings - Functions – Events – Collections and deliveries.
    • One must be willing to work overtime if and when necessary, travel alone at night as well as weekends and public holidays.
    • Report any delays to the relevant senior manager
    • Travel to suppliers and customers as and when necessary.
