    Outbound Manager - Olifantsfontein

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
    • At least 5+ years of managerial experience in the logistics e-commerce industry.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines in the logistics industry.
    • Experience working with logistics software and systems.
    • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement outbound shipping and distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
    • Oversee a team of outbound staff, providing guidance and support to ensure all operations run smoothly
    • Monitor and analyze outbound performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
    • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate outbound activities and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
    • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the logistics industry
    • Manage relationships with external partners, such as carriers and vendors, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise

    Distribution Center Manager - Montague Gardens

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logisitics or similar.
    • Experience in implementing quality management systems.
    • Sound knowledge and understanding of warehousing and distribution.
    • A good understanding of the e-commerce industry.
    • Sound knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
    • Proficient in relevant software packages and applications.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Support the growth strategy for the lines of business in order to grow the revenue and profit
    • Manage and report on Service Level Agreements (including overseeing management information reports)
    • Translate the requirements of lines of business into operational plans for the functions reporting in, to ensure timely service delivery at right cost and quality, aligned to overall sub-divisional strategy
    • Monitor and enforce compliance of all standard operating procedures are in place for all areas and monitor and enforce compliance
    • Maximize the efficiency and productivity levels of the operation, ensure compliance with agreed standards, continuously seek to optimize processes and find value add opportunities for the division
    • Maximise warehouse storage capacity through constant refining of shelve design, floor layout, and optimised stock management.
    • Minimise stock losses, damages and shrinkage through strict inventory control and continuous improvement.
    • Enable profit centers to meet all operational targets, by managing efficiencies and continuous improvement
    • Ensure that effective management controls and good governance practices are in place
    • Pro-actively plan and manage all operational costs included scheduled resources.
    • Perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis of data
    •  Build effective, value adding, transparent relationships with all stakeholders (suppliers, service providers and employees) through regular communication and reporting
    • Identify opportunities and negotiate agreements with service providers and internal stakeholders
    • Evaluate technology and capital requirements as determined by the tactical plan of the division
    • Actively manage/assist and implement capital projects within the division
    • Plan for, select, develop and retain suitable staff to ensure a high-performance team
    • Establish efficient security, stock control and optimum storage conditions for all the product lines
    • Oversee the processing of all inbound and outbound orders and ensure the maintenance of accurate records of all goods in and out of storage
    • Report on production, resources and facilities on a monthly basis
    • Constantly seek new ways to improve the DC efficiency and cost effectiveness

    Key Account Administrator - Randburg

    Key responsibilities

    • Prepare client requests by gathering relevant information, compiling, and ensuring deadlines are met;
    • Weekly and monthly feedback reports – request/collect and compile info/data/pictures/feedback etc (mainly from service providers and internal depots)
    • Obtaining the correct documentation from all the parties involved and preparing/compiling the info according to ABC requirements.
    • Offer sales support to Key Account Managers by compiling client proposals and following up on stock deliveries;
    • Liaise directly with customers and ensure customer requests are implemented;
    • Compile proposals;
    • Perform data processing, load weekly brief and generate feedback reports;
    • Liaise telephonically with customers regarding urgent orders/deliveries or queries when Key Account Managers are not available;
    • Offer general administrative support to the team; and
    • Maintain a filing system of Sales documentation.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12/ matric
    • Relevant tertiary qualification

    • SAP experience
