    4 Escalations Consultants

    We are looking for 4 Escalations Consultants for our QA division. This individual will be tasked with performing audits on agent calls and email communication to ensure compliance, assess employee demeanor, ensure campaign requirements are being met, technical accuracy, sales performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. This individual will also be responsible for generating reports on agent’s performance per campaign with regards to outcomes, results, and trends, provide QA briefing & training as required, and conduct and complete investigations within the required turnaround times. 

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Monitor agent calls to ensure compliance and make sure that specific campaign requirements are
      met
    • Generate reports on agent’s performance per campaign with regards to outcomes, results, and
      trends
    • Provide QA briefing, or training as required
    • Conduct and complete investigations as requested, within the turnaround times
    • Ensure client requirements are fulfilled as per SLA agreement

    SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Proven ability to conduct complex investigations and quickly and accurately analyze, assess, and summarize investigation findings, observations, and recommendations
    • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
    • Demonstrated ability to perform in accordance with relevant professional standards for investigation

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric (grade 12)
    • Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
    • Proficient in MS Office - working knowledge of MS Excel and must be able to create spreadsheets and
      generate reports
    • 12 months QA experience in a sales call center environment and experience in conducting QA briefings and call monitoring essential
    • Prior working experience on either the telecommunications / insurance sectors advantageous

    Management Accountant

    Rewardsco is currently seeking the skills of a qualified Management Accountant for our offices based in Umhlanga. This role forms a key part of the operations of the Group and reports directly into the Senior Management Accountant. The role will require extensive collaboration with stakeholders across all operating entities within the Group, as well as external partners.

    The core focus will be on real-time reporting and analysis that is accurate, insightful, reflective of operational performance and enhances business decision-making.

    The successful incumbent will have the following key responsibilities : 

    Ownership of salesfloor remuneration structures and verification processes

    • Review of remuneration/commission structures and analysis thereof
    • Reporting of sales floor related performance indicators
    • Calculation/verification of monthly awards

    Maintenance and analysis of campaign specific financial data and related commendations:

    • Maintenance of campaign profitability analyses
    • Monitoring of sales mixes and related recommendations
    • Weightings and RPS calculations
    • Collaboration with key operational areas across the business

     Specific Skills Required

    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills - must be detail-oriented
    • Contextual thinking with awareness of the broader view
    • Ability to work under pressure and commitment to deadlines
    • Ability to multi-task without comprising on quality
    • Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Proactive and insightful
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong presentation, communication, and reporting skills

    Minimum Requirements

    • CIMA qualification required
    • Previous telecommunications and / financial services experience is advantageous
    • Minimum 3 years management accounting experience in a related business is essential
