Qualification, Experience and Competencies

•  B. Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent
•  Knowledge of sales Logix
•  Knowledge of MS Office
•  Communication and facilitation skills
•  Financial acumen
•  Experience in a Technical Sales Role
•  Good customer relationship skills
•  Business planning and development skills and knowledge
•  Strong communication and presentation skills
•  Sound technical knowledge of CAT equipment and industry, CAT product line accessories and work tools

Key Output

•  Open work orders and order parts.
•  Close work order on job completion.
•  Assist with WIP.
•  Provide administration support to service operation.
•  Achieve cost centre financial targets and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
•  Effectively control cost centre expenses.
•  Resolve internal and customer queries.
•  Initiate Job reversals.
•  Provide guidance and advise on documentation for customers (Service reports, quotations and invoices)

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

•  Matric.
•  Driver’s Licence – Code B.
•  Administrative experience – Minimum 1 Year.
•  An understanding of relevant processes & KPI’s will be an advantage.
•  Be able to work on SAP and CRM System.
•  A Technical Background will be an advantage.
•  Computer Literate – MS Office.
•  Team player; basic numeracy skills; good analytical skills; good time management & sound communication skills.

Key Output

•  Assist with all walk-in customers and telephone calls proactively.
•  Process all customer Quotations, Sales Orders and Debtors Queries as and when required.
•  Manage all parts related transport requirements through logistics department.
•  Follow-up and action all customer backorders.
•  Manage and control general housekeeping of facility.
•  To respond, attend and resolve all customers parts requirements needs and expectations.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

•  Grade 12
•  Driver’s License – Code 8 or 10
•  Business process knowledge
•  Basic business and financial acumen
•  Very good business communication and interpersonal skills
•  SAP knowledge and Sound MS Knowledge
•  At least 2 years’ experience in similar business
•  Attention to detail to be exceptional
•  Product knowledge and passion for the BWE brands
