    IT Developer (C#)

    Job Description

    • To develop innovative, reusable competitive solutions and contribute actively to a collaborative Developer community
    • To collaborate with BDMs and Delivery Heads to make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies, which provide the competitive advantage and a clear technical roadmap

    To maintain stability of all technical platforms

    • Initiate dialogue to build professional working relationships with all stakeholders displaying excellent abilities to listen, advise, influence, negotiate and present at all levels

    • Best practices/modern software development techniques, design patterns, code quality, testing, CI/CD, version control etc.
    • Solutions Architecture (1 year)
    • Extensive demonstrable experience within Global Markets and/or Investment Banking delivering tangible results in a digital environment

    Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • To plan, execute, support and optimise marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that enable the RMB brand, business imperatives, client experience and engagement across channels to internal and external audiences

    • Manage end-to-end production with external suppliers such as printers video production houses and digital design agencies, and negotiate favourable terms
    • Scrutinise quality of all printed documentation and manage any issues that arise
    • Receive and analyse a brief from a BU
    • Research content and intention both in terms of sourcing relevant material and interviewing key stakeholders
