    Junior Brand manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute with excellence the activation plans to drive mental & physical availability.
    • Monitor the market and consumer shopper insights: using and interpreting syndicated data and research
    • Contribute to agency briefs

    Regional Business Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Distributors to grow in Market sales, distribution and merchandising in Country
    • Set and support (through the distributor) Key customer business account plans.
    • Guide (based on the Kenvue Strategy) the distributor on price model / value chain to achieve desired consumer price and optimize the distributor Margin.
    • Set and monitor firm order forecasts with each distributor.
    • Monitor distributor inventory levels as per the contract.
    • Recommend & ensure execution of optimal Go To Market execution, key channels, key customers coverage & service requirements.
    • Delivering the sales KPI’s (Sell in and In Market Sales).
    • Co-ordinate sales department projects, new channels, new customers, new business or geographic development as identified.
    • Work with distributors to develop sales organization capabilities, cost optimization, sales incentives as well as best practices for distributors
    • Monitor and support setting of budgets and monitor spend
    • Set yearly JBP targets, by region, by Distributor, communicate and ensure plans to achieve set targets

    MEX Lead – Cape Town

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prioritizes project portfolio for the site, ensures resource allocation. Ensures E2E view of projects to prevent sub optimizations. Analysis for key projects and risk assessments.
    • Ensures adherence to project scope, timeline, budget, quality targets and all other project deliverables
    • Reports progress to site leadership, regional and global PMO regularly, flags issues upon deviations and proposes risk mitigation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develops an understanding of how shoppers shop the category and uses this to identify strategic opportunities for the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Gather market and consumer insights required for key brands.
