    Sales Representative: Vehicles | Auto Pedigree | Polokwane North

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Daily, weekly and monthly management of sales.
    • Have an understanding of vehicles by familiarising yourself with the characteristics, capabilities, and features.
    • Developing the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
    • Driving specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
    • Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays.
    • Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
    • Managing customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • To ensure that the Brand and Dealership is actively marketed and promoted in the target market.

    Specialist: Estimator | Europcar | Cape Town Airport

    Job Outputs:

    • Examine damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical or interior damage.
    • Using standard repair and parts manual to estimate the parts require to repair the damage to the vehicle.
    • Using standard parts costing manuals to provide written estimate of total cost of vehicle repair.
    • Evaluate the financial practicality of the vehicle repair comparing it to the payment of the financial value of the vehicle before the accident.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to management team.
    • Identify and develop solutions to improve operational service and quality delivery.
    • Adhere to standard operating procedures within the area of accountability. 

    Qualifications and Experience

    Minimum Experience

    • 4 years' experience in identification of structural, body, mechanical, electrical or interior vehicle damage and quoting/estimating for repairs within a similar environment.

    • NQF Level 4 (Matric or equivalent) 

    Minimum Requirements

    • A code 08 unendorsed driver’s license and own transport 
    • Computer literate: an intermediate level of MS Excel – essential.
    • 2 years Audatex system experience - an advantage.

    The responsibilities of a Parts Manager include the following tasks:

    Job Outputs:

    • Primarily assist the National Manager: Operations and Support with specific duties.

    Specialist: Technician - Service Diagnostics - Motus Isuzu Bloemfontein

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • To carry out diagnostic work and support mechanics as set out by the Foreman to carry out fault diagnosis to aid and speed vehicle servicing.
    • To take steps to ensure servicing of vehicle, remains within the targeted percentages of the manufacturers' time.
    • To discuss matters with service advisors and customers as required and provide lucid explanations.
    • To ensure standards maintained with vehicle care and safety whilst performing functions.
    • To ensure vehicles are returned to the customer after service in a neat and clean condition.
    • To recommend purchase of capital equipment.
