Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Enforce safe working practice and adherence to SHEQ and GMP procedures.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in timely and constructive manner.
• Identify areas of improvement including training needs.
• Monitors absenteeism.
• Ensure that team members comply with company policies and procedures.
• Builds strong relationship with the team.
• Report to the HOD on production performance.
• Liase with internal customers i.e quality, stores, maintenance etc.
• Ensure 5s+s standard .
• Ensure proper and correct record keeping and filing.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Matric
• Supervisory qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience in Slitting
