Responsibilities

• Coordinate & arrange flights, car hire and accommodation logistics for domestic and international,  prepare itineraries, visa’s, including all matters related to travel management.
• Organize, planning Corporate events, Projects, such as Board meetings and Conferences. General duties and ad hoc tasks requests when required.
• Secretarial support for MANCO, EXCO and Projects meetings, drafting agendas and minutes, communication, meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments accordingly. Continuous monitoring of action items to ensure implementation by relevant members.
• Accurately maintain electronic filling of Minutes and Agenda at all times.
• Collate, manage and maintain accurate reconciliation of Executive's Credit card accounts for approval and payment.
• Submit company expense claims for Executives on a monthly basis.
• Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships by ensuring that Management Meetings with Clients are arranged.

Education & Qualification

• Relevant qualification (Diploma or Degree )
• Matric

• Minimum 5 years as an Personnel Assistant to Executive Manager

Primary Responsibilities for the Role

Design software solutions / systems

• Ability to design, document, and communicate complex systems.
• Assess outputs from Adapt IT delivery teams to assure deliverables satisfy quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and technical architects to devise client solutions.
• Determine technical risk and issues and suggest mitigation options.
• Outline the components required in building or enhancing a new module or system.
• Document and record designs and design decisions taken.
• Reviewing existing system architecture and recommending improvements and participating in engineering reviews to determine any ambiguities.
• Understand  and can lead cloud native architectures projects.

Build solutions / systems

• Liaise with software development engineers to develop and implement design concepts that are following fundamental user requirements.
• Explain the architecture of a system and assist developers in building the proposed module or system.
• Ensuring that architectural solutions met technical and functional requirements.
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.
• Diagnosing issues and resolving them on demand.

Research, identify, select and test technology

• Continually researching the current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.

Commercial feasibility

• Create solutions leveraging Adapt IT capabilities to address client needs.
• Draw up technical and commercial proposals and pricing models for innovative solutions.
• Develop ROI and economic models to justify investments in Adapt IT proposed solutions stacks.
• Prepare cost & effort estimates for a system design.
• Assess the impact of technical choices on profitability.
• Update management on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
• Lean start-up approaches to product development

Support Business Development & Marketing

• Prepare technical sales presentations including service offerings and case studies.
• Create solutions leveraging Adapt IT capabilities to address client needs
• Coordinate with  Business Development to support sales objectives.
• Assist in responding to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Client engagement
• Engage with new and existing customers to collect requirements.

Minimum requirements

• 10 years of professional experience.

• Design, implement and maintain world-class web applications and workflows using C# .NET
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment to understand, engineer, and deliver on business requirements
• Strike a balance along the dimensions of feasibility, stability, scalability, and time-to-market when delivering solutions
• Identify areas of technical debt, recommend, and implement solutions

Minimum requirements

Required Experience:

• At least 2-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Microsoft Technologies like .NET Framework, .Net Core, .Net 6, ASP.NET, Web API)
• Experience building front-end web applications using web technologies such as ASP.NET MVC and Angular
• Strong UI development skills and basic UX Design skills
• A Solid understanding of MSSQL with proven experience with Data Modelling, Design, SQL Function, Stored Proc and other common MSSQL practises
• Understanding of the full scope of application development (authentication, integrating with APIs, build process, testing, validation, state management)
• High proficiency in object-oriented analysis and design patterns
• Source Control, versioning and branching concepts, preferably in Git

High Beneficial skills: 

• CI/CD Tools (Octopus Deploy, Team City, Jenkins, Atlassian Pipelines)
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure, understanding SaaS Cloud based concepts
• Telerik Report Designer
• Test Driven Development concepts
• Experience working with Atlassian Suite
• Messaging frameworks like AQMP or platforms like RabbitMQ
