    Process Excellence Lead - 6 months -2407024497W

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead data analytics initiatives within the Quality and Compliance department, providing insights and recommendations on key topics such as Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), root cause analyses, investigations, and escalations.
    • Lead Root Cause Problem Solving improvement initiatives to support on the reduction of key issues impacting the business.
    • Manage and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Databricks, Power bi, Power Automate.
    • Coach and mentor colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality and effective root cause problem solving and action plans.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving processes.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the process excellence, data, and analytics landscape.
    • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives at hand.
    • Monitor trends, identify issues, recommend, and implement appropriate actions.

    Qualifications

     What we are looking for

    Required Qualifications

    • 4-7 years of experience in Supply Chain or Quality and Compliance. 
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in STEM.
    • A solid experience in operational process improvement design and implementation initiatives with cross functional engagement.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including coordination, workshop facilitation, and leadership presentation.
    • Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives with hands on experience on SQL, Power Bi, and Power Automate.
    • Ability to work proactively and in collaboration with multiples stakeholders and partners to deliver solutions.
    • Strong knowledge of the consumer health industry regulatory and compliance landscape including experience in dealing with Quality management system aspects.
    • Ability to identify issues, recommend and implement appropriate actions.
    • Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross functional teams.

    Major Duties & Responsibilities

    Brand Strategy Implementation and Execution Planning

    • Responsible to support r in year NTS & share targets and shape the Y2-Y3 plans
    • Partners with senior management, lead-markets and cross functional teams in creating a robust End to End plans
    • Supports business reviews with the markets identifying new opportunities and the need to revise plans if necessary
    • Monitors market, brand performance, competitors, trends and consumer insights. Ensure a deep understanding of the key drivers behind share and sales performance to inform marketing strategies and tactics
    • Supports the 3Year Operating Plan for priority Self Care brands
    • Works closely with EMEA squads to echo the needs of the cluster in regard to pipeline development, NPDs, NPIs, commercial innovations, assets / content /claims development for the cluster
    • Shapes & implements the end to end portfolio management, pricing, promotion and communication strategy across the cluster

    Deploying regional/global communication strategy

    • Supports the communication planning for the cluster (comms priorities, calendar, media strategy).
    • Provides input to regional and global teams for all content development needs and requirements.
    • Adapts or transcreates regional/global campaigns, partnering with agency to amplify these campaigns across the cluster.       
    • Acts as brand equity guardian for the cluster, ensuring consistency across all markets.
    • Collaborates with local Brand Activation teams and healthcare professional teams

    Deploying new products (portfolio extensions, brand expansion to new markets)

    • Based on local market knowledge, provides cluster inputs to regional/global team, from trade to regulatory requirements, for the development of future innovations.
    • Assess potential of new products and develops business case.
    • Leverages regional/global launch toolkit and adapts to the cluster reality, in partnership with other functions.

    Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For

    Required Qualifications  

    • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing, with progressive leadership roles and a strong track record of business results.
    • Strong experience in Pharmaceutical brand management is required.
    • Knowledge of Pharma market Middle East and/or Africa
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making.
    • Experience in both brand strategy and market execution.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Experience in developing regional (multi-country) plans.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Fluent or Native English is required.
    • Travel up to 20% may be required. 
    • Role based out of Cape Town

    Desired Qualifications  

    • Master’s or MBA is a plus. 
    • Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus.
    • Experience on both regional and local roles is preferred.
