    IT Support Technician - Eerste River

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to end-users (clients and in-house) by troubleshooting and resolving software (50%), hardware, and network issues
    • System Administration: Manage and maintain servers, user accounts, and system configurations to ensure optimal performance and security

    Software Verification Consultant

    Duties:

    • Deliver on and be accountable for auditing and documenting the process and steps required for re -building software applications for national and international clients, including maintaining and deploying from client component source code.
    • Travel to client sites, domestically and, possibly, internationally, to audit and document the rebuild process of software applications and Cloud infrastructures
    • Carry out remote verification projects to audit and document the rebuild process of software applications and Cloud infrastructures
    • Collaborate with external software developers and users on a variety of development platforms, technologies and architectures
    • Manage the delivery of verification project work, giving suitable consideration to the licensee/software vendor relationship
    • Corresponding and liaising with clients and responding to general queries.
    • Accurately performing processes on the Admin Portal and maintaining necessary records (both hard and soft copy) in relation to their agreements and ancillary documentation (including uploading documents/correspondence onto the relevant database)
    • Assist with research into suitable leads to pass to Account Management colleagues.
    • Achieving Company business objectives in managing account relationships with existing customers to grow business.

    Skills:

    • The Employee will have specific skills, primarily technical, but including but not limited to the following:
    •  An interest and some technical knowledge of software development and associated technologies
    •  An understanding of a range of common programming languages and cloud -based systems and associated infrastructure.
    • Strong project management, analytical and client facing skills as well as a good understanding of the full Software Development life-cycle.
    • Have a general awareness and understanding of information security and the associated considerations
    • Proven ability to explain technical content to a non -technical audience.
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate at a management level
    • Ability to understand demanding technical engagements
    • Proven ability to manage client interactions with minimal supervision.
    • Good document-writing and presentation skills taking into consideration complex technical solutions
    • Ability to effectively manage your own time and work to deadlines.

    • Previous external customer support or consultancy experience.

    Trade Admin Assistant

    Duties continued:

    • Coordinate billing and inventory control for all assigned loads
    • Maintain contact with assigned customer accounts
    • Data entry and management of all assigned customer orders, loads, and customer correspondence
    • Manage assigned customer problems with load queries
    • Maintain current and up to date daily invoicing and various customer/management reports
    • Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings and completing assignments

    Requirements:
