    Fixed Term Administrator - Contractors

    Key Responsibilities

    • Capturing data accurately and timeously.
    • Booking contractor employees for Medical, Induction, First Aid and specialist training.
    • Ensuring that organizational structures are maintained correctly on SAP.
    • Performing weekly comparisons between SAP and contractor information in order to clean up the system.
    • Maintaining contractor’s data on SAP.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Grade 12.
    • Studying towards a tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
    • Driver’s license Code EB (08).

    Minimum Experience

    • MS Office Proficiency.
    • Experience in data capturing and SAP will be an added advantage.

    • Ability to stay calm and focused on the task at hand under pressure.
    • Ability to maintain high levels of individual and team performance by driving achievement of goals, targets and financial objectives.

    Inventory Officer

    The incumbent in this role is responsible for monitoring and controlling the inventory processes and to maintain stock at optimal levels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Preparing and planning of departmental budgets and controlling costs in area of responsibility.
    • Assisting with the monitoring of stock availability, identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects.
    • Conducting regular meetings with customers to proactively identify and address their concerns.
    • Identifying ISO issues and Safety Standards.
    • Supervising and controlling the effective and safe stacking, storage and securing of inventory.
    • Conducting stock counts.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification.
    • Driver’s license Code EB (08)

    Minimum Experience:

    • 3 Years’ experience in supply chain management
    • SAP experience (PM module) will be advantageous.

    • practical skills and common sense to solve problems and deliver accountabilities.

    Administrator - HSE

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Consolidating monthly Health and Safety reports for reporting purposes.
    • Assisting with document control for HSE related documentation.
    • Capturing data into the HSE Systems.
    • Assisting with compilation of presentations.

    About you:

    HRD Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assisting and supporting the HRD Superintendent in the implementation of the Bursar and Practical Trainee Attraction and Sourcing Strategy and the Talent Management Strategy.
    • Implementing and administering of the bursary scheme processes and practical trainees programme, inclusive of sourcing and management.
    • Executing all the talent management administration and record-keeping for monitoring and auditing processes.
    • Supporting the HRD Superintendent in conducting benchmarks with other mining houses in the management and administration of the Bursary schemes.
    • Liaising with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper administration of the Bursars, Practical Trainees and C-Lower talent pools.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • A relevant tertiary qualification.
    • A registered Psychometrist will be advantageous.
    • Drivers’ License (Code B/08).

    Minimum Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferable HRD Administration.
    • Computer proficiency in all MS Office Packages.

    Behavioural Competencies:

    • Ability to drill into the detail of issues to determine root cause whilst considering urgency, importance, risk and reward factors.
    • Ability to take the lead, set objectives, sequence processes/initiatives/projects and organise resources to manage risk and achieve objectives.
    • Ability to maintain high levels of individual and team performance by driving the achievement of goals, s and financial objectives.
    • Ability to treat diverse groups of people with respect and to effectively employ this diversity to the advantage of the Company.
