    Debit Order Administration Clerk (JB4447)

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • 1 years in accounting environment or relevant experience with debit order administration
    • Exposure to accounting systems
    • Working knowledge of MS office suite
    • Intermediate knowledge of excel

    Main purpose:

    • All debit orders are processed accurately, timeously and in accordance with company policy
    • Debit order processing
    • Submit debit order batches to bank/online platform
    • Manage debit order rejection processes
    • Measure and manage all debit orders in tracking
    • Reconcile successful debit order submissions against bank statements
    • Prepare and submit accurate reports within set deadline
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly debit order reports
    • Review collection reports and identifies areas of concern

    Assessment Coordinator (JB4425)

    Requirements:

    • You're great at managing your time and can handle a busy schedule.
    • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in admin roles.
    • You're comfortable with using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • Previous experience with Moodle with be an advantage (not essential)

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Receive and sort incoming and outgoing exam scripts, assessments and assignments from students and send them off to markers.
    • QA, capture and release markets on systems
    • Allocation and returning scripts and assignments from markers
    • Keep track of all exam results and make sure they are entered into our system correctly.
    • General administration - Lend a hand with other tasks that come up, helping keep our academic programs running smoothly.

    • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of campus life.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, including facilities maintenance, security, and administrative functions
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
    • Collaborate with academic departments to support the delivery of high-quality educational programs and services
    • Manage campus budgets and financial resources, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control measures
    • Cultivate strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to promote a sense of community and engagement
    • Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies to attract prospective students and enhance the campus's reputation
    • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of campus operations and identify areas for improvement
    • Represent the campus at meetings, events, and conferences, both internally and externally, as needed

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
    • Capability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous sales or collections experience will be given preference.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet, assist, and direct visitors appropriately.
    • Handle incoming calls and manage general email inquiries.
    • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
    • Schedule meetings, support event planning and execution.
    • Perform basic clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
