    Warehouse Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations activities, managing inbound and outbound logistics, resource allocation, and order fulfillment to maintain seamless workflows.
    • Maintain the highest standard of customer service by ensuring accurate order processing, on-time deliveries, and prompt resolution of inquiries or issues.
    • Implement robust inventory control measures to maintain accurate stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and minimize discrepancies.
    • Continuously monitor and enhance warehouse productivity metrics, driving a culture of improvement.
    • Optimize warehouse processes to reduce cycle times, elevating operational efficiency and order processing speed.
    • Minimize order lead times by optimizing processing workflows for faster customer delivery.
    • Champion a safety-oriented culture, tracking incidents and injuries to ensure a secure work environment.
    • Analyze and manage order processing costs, implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
    • Track metrics like picking accuracy and safety adherence to optimize employee productivity.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement lean principles and best practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize operations, enhance inventory accuracy, and boost overall warehouse productivity.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Advanced Certificates in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
    • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in warehouse supervision and management
    • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Expertise in lean principles and process enhancement
    • Familiarity with health, safety, and security protocols
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    Area Financial Compliance Lead

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Appointments:

    • Administer the entity management system (GEMS).
    • Timely and accurate company management updates and renewals (Board of Directors, Power of Attorney).

    Corporate housekeeping and filing:

    • Review corporate law documents including Board resolution, Articles of Association (AoA), Register of Owners, etc. in close collaboration with Legal.
    • Register corporate and tax changes with local authorities.
    • File financial statements with local tax authorities if required.
    • Store the hard copies of corporate papers in proper order.
    • Maintain entity management templates and policies.
    • Coordinate activities with 3rd party legal on entity establishment / dissolution.

    Licenses and permits:

    • Maintain up-to-date records of company licenses, permits and any documents required for the business continuity in the country (specific agreements, etc.).

    Financial compliance:

    • Authority Matrix: Own, update and review local authority matrices, and assess local compliance to Global Authority Matrix.
    • Key Data Structure (KDS): Ensure cost/profit centre structure in each entity is maintained in line with corporate guidance.
    • Bank relations: Maintain up-to-date records of company bank guarantees; document/track bank signatories and authorizations.
    • Corporate Real Estate Management: Coordinate CREM activities
    • Insurance: Coordination of global insurance data exchange and ensure compliance with global insurance policies for every site and location.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Someone with:

    • Master’s degree in Finance or Corporate Law
    • At least 5 years relevant legal, governance or business experience
    • Understanding of, and interest in company secretarial administration and company legal structures
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent technical ability and drafting skills
    • Enthusiasm and comfortability networking across the business
    • An excellent command of written and spoken English
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders across functions and cultures

    Area Head of Air Freight

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with Regional and Global Air leadership teams and drive the development and/or deployment of new processes and solutions within SAI Area.
    • Builds relationships with all airlines operating in the region, leveraging, and supporting all SAI countries for best purchase of capacity.
    • Sales support and guidance: Support sales organisation by visiting customers and building confidence in air freight product.
    • Act as a Product expert in front of customers, guide/support Sales to sell the right type of business to the right destinations.
    • Procurement:  Responsible for Air strategy implementation throughout SAI.
    • Responsible for identifying procurement leverage across the Area. Management with preferred partners on an area level.
    • Pricing and tenders: Define region pricing approach in line with global and regional strategy, accountable for the area RFQ pricing, for the spot pricing above the defined threshold as well as for aligning the local pricing with the area pricing desk and supporting the local pricing activities if required.
    • Solution design:  Support Air Product development of customer specific solutions pertaining to the area network (expertise role).
    • Operational Excellence: Identify areas with needs for area Ops Excellence team intervention, centralize key pain points to be managed within the area Ops Excellence team with guidance of Regional and Centre.
    • Operations: Accountable for SAI Area operations and therefore the increase in consolidation and de-consolidation, optimization of net achieved costs as well as operations quality in line with the service promise towards customers.
    • Manage operations resources as per productivity and forecast targets.
    • Manage and improve the performance of the Service/Product in the Area.
    • Product profitability: Focus on maximizing revenue, EBIT and GP through upselling and cost management.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • A relevant tertiary qualification (university degree highly preferred)
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Air Freight industry with management / leadership responsibility 
    • An experienced individual capable of heading up Air Freight
    • Strong focus on business outcomes – results-driven
    • Strong process-oriented approach to work and excellent attention to detail

    ICX Cold Chain Team Lead

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency in the ICX cold chain process.
    • Collaborate with third-party suppliers and other Maersk offices worldwide to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting on customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management.
