    Production Foreman

    Major responsibilities:

    • Responsible for allocation of daily and weekly tasks of staff.
    • Ensure production housekeeping standards are achieved and maintained.
    • Ensure that all products delivered to the customer are of a high-quality standard.
    • Maintaining discipline with regards to work conducted and behavior in the area of responsibility.
    • Prevent idle time by using resources efficiently and remove any bottlenecks that can impede the smooth running of the operations.
    • Control and manage employees synergy towards achieving Company's goals and objectives.
    • Problem solving on all issues coming from the shop floor.
    • Motivate employees to get better results and create a harmonious working environment.
    • Provide training on the tasks that are not performed according to the Company's time frame and safe work procedures.
    • Promote and encourage continuous improvement amongst employees and apply the lean methods and procedures to eliminate all the known wastes.
    • Apply and enforce the Company's disciplinary procedures lawfully, fairly, and consistently.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Minimum 5- 10 years experience as a foreman.
    • Between the ages of 25 - 34.
    • Experience in quality and production .
    • Previous experience in the Motor, FMCG or Foundry industry will be an advantage .
    • Must be Computer literate.
    • Very good motivated person.
    • Must be a team player.
    • Foundation of Leadership course or similar leadership training

    Process Engineer

    Job Description

    • Making and administering of drawings, specifications, FMEA, control plan and work instructions
    • Coordination of global production line documentation
    • Administering all drawings, specifications and work instructions (hardware and software).
    • Changing of current production, layout and process drawings on CAD program.
    • Coordinate all global change on new ESB production lines.

    Project Engineer

    Major Requirements are:    

    • Tertiary engineering qualification
    • Minimum of 5 years experience as a similar role
    • Proven project management / development experience in the Motor Industry/ Engineering 
    • Manage projects to satisfy customer strategies by meeting milestones, Quality requirements, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
    • ERP & BOM knowledge and experience is an advantage specifically SAP literate
    • MS Office is an essential 
    • Risk Management 
    • Participate in global project by managing the local project team to meet the requirements thereof 
    • An important part of this job is to ensure that the costing is accurate 
    • Automotive knowledge an advantage including vehicle specifications
    • Capital investment applications and management thereof is crucial 
    • It is an advantage to have a proven Customer Satisfaction record 
    • The suitable candidate must be willing to travel abroad and visits customers when required
    • Develop and manage local content with  local suppliers for new projects
    • Implement and track all engineering changes
    • Detailed knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan and Flow charts
    • Capable of quarterly and annual sales price adjustments and negotiations
    • Presentation and problem-solving skills are important
    • Time management skills 
    • Problem Solving skills are an added advantage 
    • Local and global team player
