Job Description
Role Purpose

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage the team 
• Responsible for the end-to-end relationship for both internal and external customers. Take accountability for service implementation and act as SPOC for customers, internal departments for delivery related questions.
• Ensure all KPI (Key Performance Indicators) are delivered against agreed targets working with teams within Wipro and Client’s Org to ensure it is achieved, maintain a high focus and drive on performance and operational jeopardy management.
• Manage customer escalations/expedite in line with the escalation/expedite process.
• Develop and monitor solution delivery plans, deliverables, and resourcing. Monitor quality and efficiency of execution.
• Reporting & Metric – Develops methods of tracking progress and performance of the function, in alignment with overall KPI’s and measurements. Analyse results, Conveys recommendations to appropriate parties through reports or other documentations.
• Stakeholders’ management – Act as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed on the progress of deliverables and addressing any concerns or changes in requirements. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
• Team building & management – Assemble team leads, SMEs, & other relevant parties. Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Manage the team resources efficiently, optimizing team productivity.
• Continuous improvement – Evaluate delivery outcome and performance to identify areas for improvement in processes, methodologies, and tool. Implement lessons learned to enhance future delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Weekly Service reviews – Prepares and presents the weekly service reviews to the stakeholders and ensure that all KPI’s are covered.
• Support 4th level escalations, expedites and inquiries related to order delivery in the assigned region and outside of their assigned regions with the help of relevant Team Leads.

Job Description
Job Purpose:

• The RPA Senior Developer will take complete ownership of requirements for end-to-end automation development and deliver the expected solution in time and the expected quality and report regular status to Project Manager
• The ideal candidate will have good experience in RPA development, excellent analytical skills, knowledge of solid programming principles and broad knowledge of technologies and programming languages.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support in designing solution design against business requirements
• Understand RPA Business requirement and develop RPA solutions that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Build highly scalable solutions that are best in class
• Perform Unit testing of scripts developed along with good documentation of test logs and results
• Involve in the UAT Verification phase to support the UAT team
• Deliver within estimated timelines
• Participating in peer review process of codes adhering to design
• Following best practices for code development, reviews, and releases
• Ability to provide quick resolution for issues during UAT and Hyper care
• Timely updating senior technical members for any blockers
• Working with the operational teams by fixing bugs during the UAT and roll-out
• Stay up to date with the RPA technology to add value to the project
• Works independently with limited support

Automation Anywhere:

• Minimum 2 year of development experience in Automation Anywhere is a must
• Excellent knowledge and experience using Robotic Process Automation with Automation Anywhere 11.x.
• Should have experience in AA Recorders, AA Windows Integration, Windows, Web and Citrix automation
• Should have solid understanding of SOAP and RESTful API’s
• Certifications:
• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA professional (V11x)
• Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA professional(V11x)

Blue Prism

• Minimum 2 years of development experience in BP is a must
• Excellent knowledge and experience using Robotic Process Automation with BP 6.x and above
• Should have experience in working in all major VBOs available within BP and automating Windows/Web/Mainframe applications

Certifications:

• BP Developer Certification (Version 6x)
• BP Solution Designer/Professional Developer (Version 6x)
