    Customer Logistic Offer Manager

    Job description

    Scope

    • Person will be responsible developing, improving and putting in place the customer logistic offer for South and Southern africa
    • person will be the voice of the customer in DC. He/ She will lead all logistic imporvments project/ Value added service initiatives for customers within the DC
    • Strong focus to improve our offering to customers/ build trust and confidence and lead 'delight our customers' in DC
    • Manage, follow and report all Customer KPI in the DC
    • Resposnible to lead all tailored supply chain projects or initiatives in the DC. Strong project management skills required to lead diverse and various initiatives to improve quality of service in the DC

    Additional project foicus may include:

    • SC Design and Network architecture to RSA and surrounding countries
    • Mapping of flows
    • Optimise and eliminate stupid flows
    • Define new flows & route to market
    • Insource/ Outsource
    • Order Cycle definiton and implementation
    • Lead time reduction
    • Transformation projects  Support and participation
    • Global/ strategic project focus with cross territorial impact

    • Participate to the red alert process and run the distribution requirement planning for its perimeter of product x DC in collaboration with SIOP leaders & demand planners
