    Data Specialist

    The Data Engineer is tasked with transforming data into a format that can be easily analysed, by developing, maintaining and testing infrastructures for data generation.

    The role is responsible for developing machine learning methods with the company’s data assets to optimize business and operational decisions. The individual identifies, designs and implements a sound architecture to support the predictive analytics requirement of the business.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Provide detailed advice regarding data applications and executing specialised tasks
    • Create databases optimised for performance and to structure data to enable analysis thereof
    • Provide support and assistance on data initiatives and ensure optimal data delivery architecture in support of client project
    • Build the infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWAD big data technologies
    • Design and develop scalable ETL packages from the business source systems

    Configuration Analyst

    Asset and Configuration Analysts work closely with internal teams to ensure the implementation of NTTs configuration and asset management policy and standards. The primary responsibility of this position is to define and control the components of services and infrastructure and maintain accurate asset and configuration records. This position conducts presentations to educate and train users on the use of the asset and configuration process.

    Linux Engineer L2

    Managed services engineers are responsible for managing and administrating platforms and infrastructure on behalf of our clients. You'll work closely with other members of the team to deliver reliable, secure, scalable IT systems that are able to respond quickly and efficiently in order to meet all customer needs. You will be working within a cross skilled team of seasoned professionals managing various technologies, as well as engaging colleagues from other regions of the globe. Engineers work in a hybrid manner between home and office, depending on their home infrastructure. The successful candidate would have to be at the closest regional offices 3 days per week.

    Associate Software Development Engineer

    The DevOps Engineer consults with internal clients about the software technology environment with medium to high complexity. They translate business requirements into technology terms and develop more complex algorithms and programming code for software solutions. The primary objective of the DevOps Engineer is to design, test, implement and maintain software code that enables computer systems to perform specific tasks. They assist with determining how technology can be applied to meet client needs.

    The individual in this role will participate in the planning, design, build, test, and implementation of the assigned enterprise applications and/or systems.     Data Centre Operational Technician

    The role of Data Center Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance and provision of hardware and software support of data centers, performing a range of IT and administrative tasks to ensure efficient and organized data center systems.

    Key Role and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for providing installation (racking) services for all network and server hardware at the data centers per established standards.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, in adherence to data enter processes regarding incident tracking, response, and documentation.
