    Administrator: Enterprise Sales (Midrand)

    Purpose:

    • To assist Enterprise Sales Executives in selling over the telephone to existing and potential clients and ensure sales targets are achieved, utilising established best practise customer service methods.

    Responsibilities:

    • Place 100% of External Sales Executives’ monthly GP Actuals (Epicor).
    • KPI measurement on Gross Profit Monthly must be equal to or greater than 80% of YTD GP % must be achieved or a PIP will be implemented.
    • If 90% average of the total KPI annually (at the end of the FY or Quarter) is not achieved PIP may be implemented.         
    • Provide general sales administrative support to Sales Executives as required.
    • Assist in identifying market opportunities and putting together sales strategies for new and existing clients.
    • Ensure that compliance with the SOP (standard operating procedures), Fraud Prevention, Order Verification are adhered to.
    • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.

    Administrator: Shipping (Midrand)

    Purpose:

    • Arrange cargo collections from various origins and issue shipping orders for air and sea freight respectively. Collate pre-alert paperwork for clearing and update ETA. Generate clearing instructions as well as pre-check the agent bill of entry before customs release. Arrange collection from the airline within the free period to avoid incurring storage. Make sure the transporter uplift containers at the port within 3 days of vessel discharge and turn-in the empty in time to avoid demurrage. Ensure billing accuracy as per the Mustek broker rate structure, request Credit Notes re incorrect invoicing. Cost products and QC the Clerk as well as the Intern's work. Process Insurance Claims on missing or pilfered cargo.

    Responsibilities:

    • Arrange collection from suppliers when cargo is ready.

    • Using product library to ensure the Bill of entry is 100% correct.

    Business Development Manager (Durban)

    Purpose:

    • The Business Development Manager is responsible for meeting sales targets and maximising sales of products and services with focus on new business.  The Business Development Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service, building positive business relationships and working with Channel Sales staff to ensure delivery of sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales

    • Sell the Company's products to all customers within set geographic boundaries.
    • Identify client markets and design a sales strategy to fit each client's requirements.

    Sales Executive: External (Cape Town)

    Purpose:

    • The External Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Mustek products to the dealer channel, government / corporate customers, retail and key accounts, as applicable per allocated database. He/ She must be able to build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, handling sales enquiries, providing quotations and closing sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve gross profit and sales turnover target by the end of each month.

    Purpose:

    • The Storeman is responsible for receiving, storage and issuing goods to ensure uninterrupted supply of required stock to the Company and clients.

    Coordinator: Operations & Facilities (Durban)

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of building maintenance activities. Participates in the development, recommendation, and administration of policies, procedures, and processes in support of departmental operations. Responds to inquiries and requests from internal departments and co-ordinate services rendered by external sources.
