- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Marketing and Sales – ability to present to clients, use of presentation tools
- Financial Management – Income and expenditure, income statements, credit card claims, creation of budgets, data analysis, adherence to budgets; Project costings and budgets
- Operations and Logistics
- Monthly reports
- Occupational Health and Safety (OSH Act, Mine Health and Safety Act and risk management)
- Human Resources Management – BCEA, IR, payroll management, leave management (e.g. time and attendance), performance management and appraisals
- Business Management Skills – understand general business management principles
