    Project Manager eCOA - Operations

    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead the delivery of clinical projects, from simple to moderately complex, while managing timelines, budgets, and quality.
    • Ensure project systems are developed and released according to client expectations, including managing change control processes.
    • Take the reins on handling project escalations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
    • Act as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and transparent communication on project progress.
    • Maintain financial health of assigned projects, managing vendor services, invoices, and resource allocations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project milestones are met within budget and on schedule.
    • Track and document risks and incidents with the Quality Management group, providing timely client notifications.

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience managing projects.
    • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and teams, all while keeping a keen eye on details and deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to lead client-facing meetings confidently.
    • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
    • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, manage risks, and solve problems independently.

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical education, or clinical research industry.
    • Familiarity with clinical trials and GCP principles.
    • PMP or equivalent certification.
    • Willingness to travel for business (overnight business trips may be required quarterly).

    Solution Engineer - Operations

    What You'll Do:

    • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and teams to gather and analyse study requirements for clinical trials of varying complexity.
    • Produce functional documentation based on design inputs and ensure smooth integration with project timelines.
    • Leverage all available tools to gather, assess, and document requirements using best practices.
    • Manage and update system specifications throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining top-tier standards and validation processes.
    • Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders to drive projects forward.
    • Liaise with localization teams to develop translated versions of questionnaires (specific to Rater Station).
    • Support SDLC validation and approval processes, while managing data extract and reporting requirements.

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Proven experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical documentation.
    • A natural problem-solver with excellent analytical skills.
    • Ability to gather and reconcile information from diverse sources and turn it into actionable insights.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, whether it’s presenting in meetings or crafting clear documentation.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently with moderate guidance, as well as part of a global team.

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    • A background in software development or user interface design.
    • Familiarity with GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and/or SQL queries.
