    Export Sales Manager (Centurion)

    Description

    • Plan, organize and monitor the sales process within the framework of the MAN Head Office guidelines.
    • Prepare proposals and determine the sales strategy in coordination with the Head of Top Used.
    • Engage with the Head of Top Used on the sales target and sales strategy.
    • Support Export Dealers sales with customer acquisitions and attend liaison meetings with customers.

    IVR Manager (Centurion)

    Description

    • Manage the IVR process (International Vehicle Return Process).
    • Manage the end dates when the buyback / tradeback vehicles are due to return.
    • Analyse the inspection reports to ensure correct cost allocation between customer, R&M/ Warranty.
    • Communicate the repair costs to the respective stakeholder: New Vehicle Sales Executive and New Vehicle Sales Manager.
    • Ensure correct costing of the repairs after inspections.
    • Resolve customer disputes regarding the defects identified.
    • Ensure that the IVR repairs are completed on returned vehicles.
    • Manage and monitor the IVR team.
    • Manage and finalise all intake reports on the IVR System.
    • Manage and monitor the SLA performance of the inspection partner/supplier.

    Parts Sales Consultant (Nelspruit)

    Description

    • Maintain maximum sales volume at correct discount budgeted margin.
    • Identify new customers in the allocated area and ensure the proper opening of customer data file.
    • Call on existing customers in allocated area on a regular basis as per the requirement of (STM).
    • Manage customer accounts & provide business management data to customers in order to improve spend.

    Description

    • Accurately diagnose faults found on vehicles.
    • Carry out required repairs correctly to ensure vehicles do not return with the same faults.
    • Work accurately and tirneously to achieve both efficiency and productivity to the required standards.
