    Voice Agent - Process Associate - English

    Responsibilities

    • The candidate will be responsible for managing all call assigned by the client within their working shift complying with the expected quality parameters, customer service levels as well to comply with the regular trainings and updates the client requires to operate seamlessly. The work scope includes, but is not limited to:
    • Fraud Detection 
    • Servicing  customers by answering product and service questions and advising about other products and services
    • Resolving product and service problems
    • Reviewing and making changes on customers’ account when needed
    • Handling complaints
    • Handling inbound and outbound calls (Spanish & English)
    • Adhering to compliance policy
    • Customer Service Oriented

    Qualifications we seek in you!
    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma 
    • 85% English proficiency 
    • Basic knowledge on Word, Excel
    • Basic knowledge on internet navigation
    • Flexibility – Schedules
    • B1 English Level Minimum

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • Background  on Customer service (desired but not mandatory)
    • Fraud detection experience (desirable but not a must)
    • Relevant experience .

    Plant Buyer – Management Trainee – English

    Responsibilities

    • Analyse low and medium value spot buys for PO < R200,000 that is not repetitive purchases.
    •  Identify and escalate repetitive low & medium value spot buys to the Country Category Managers for strategic analysis and sourcing.
    • Search for potential suppliers within preferred supplier lists and identify additional suppliers if not on preferred supplier lists.
    •  Conduct RFQ (negotiation, supplier selection) and support responding suppliers in case of commercial or system related issues.
    •  Facilitate clarification of technical questions between internal stakeholders and suppliers where required.
    • For selected buys follow-up on technical evaluations with internal stakeholders to ensure timeliness of tendering process.
    •  Execute negotiation, supplier selection and determine PO terms and conditions.
    • Update Free Text purchase requests to ensure all relevant info is in place in order business can make decision on approval.
    •  Facilitate, manage and escalate (where appropriate) queries and issues relating to the execution of spot buys to appropriate stakeholders and interfaces (global or regional) according to collaboration models.
    •  Verify purchase request quality and correct buying channel for buy request.
    •  Where routed from the helpdesk, resolve claims and issues with spot buys
    • Manage requisition changes or close PO if no longer needed
    • Manage PO changes: Upon supplier/user request to amend POs, follow up with user/supplier to determine feasibility; change/modify POs if needed. If no resolution can be achieved escalate to team lead and other responsible persons using standard procedures

    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum qualifications

    • Technical degree preferred or additional experience/expertise
    • Relevant years of experience in sourcing/procurement function
    • Prior work experience in manufacturing industry

    Preferred qualifications

    • Skilled in using equipment and software programs needed to provide services in a timely manner (Oracle, Microsoft suite of tools);
    • Strong Sourcing and Procurement functional knowledge
    • Proficient in computer application including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Good communication Skills (Written and Oral)
    • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
