    Automated Intelligent System (AIS) Technician

    ROLE SUMMARY

    Perform And Implement TCF Automated Intelligent System (AIS) Functions for Continuous Improvement to achieve SQDCPME objectives.

    POSITION DETAILS

    • Attend all meeting’s laid out in the Process Technician Time and Data, as well as ad hoc meetings as per business requirements.
    • Deliver on assignments on time that are assigned during these meetings.
    • Implement new standards which are issued.
    • Confirm and maintain current standards that are in place.
    • Ensure team members are adhering to all the standards at all times.
    • Support issues raised by the teams.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Manage the changes in area of responsibility (MTC)
    • Understand and implement Engineering Changes of processes.

    • Do 1 HOUR start-up before production starts and validate all TCF and Body shop AIS Error proofing system and Connections are Green.

    Responsibilities / Accountabilities

    • Drive factors such as Safety, Quality and Productivity, to ensure objectives are met through following and executing standardized maintenance work.
    • Verify that the assembly facility is running safely and consistently with minimal maintenance impact.

    Plant Launch Lead - Final

    POSITION DETAILS

    • Provide direction and leadership and prioritize the activities of the Paint shop, Final Chassis Area launch team.
    • Develop and manage the Paint shop, Final Chassis Area launch plan.
    • Participate in the virtual DPA-5 process to:
    • Provide manufacturing input to plant and VO engineering teams during the Virtual Build activities.
    • Supply current-state eQPS job instruction sheets and Cycle Line Layout (CLL) ACAD drawings

    • Deliver the Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) and FTPM strategies for the Final Chassis Area.
    • Lead the Tooling & Equipment Specialists to establish maintenance schedules and spare parts requirements with input from the Paint Area Maintenance Department.
    • Serve as the main interface between the launch team and the zone supervisors
    • Validate Allocation Planning Tool (APT) work element allocations and validate workstation capability
    • Identify and classify all base, difficult and critical jobs in the Final Chassis area
    • Develop final eQPS and job instruction sheets
    • Develop a comprehensive plan with the LPWR Leader to train and certify all direct and indirect employees on their job elements.  Maintain training and versatility charts for all employees within the Final Chassis Area.
    • Support the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift/crew build and training requirements.

    Process Technician

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Primary role will be the design of the production processes, undertaking operational analysis, work design and methods engineering and, where appropriate reviewing opportunities for simplification of tasks for improved effectiveness while ensuring the product meets all the desired quality and dimensional specifications

    • Proficient in transfer and hoist systems.

    • Assembly Jig optimization to drive quality improvement.
