• 3 or more years' experience as a Phlebotomy Lead or similar position, having managed people, quality, expenses, and day-to-day operations of a depot within a Pathology environment.,
• Up to 6 years of experience working in a depot within a pathology environment

• Compile and manage the budget (for relevant depots) to control expenses, ensure the correct allocation of funds, and drive efficiency.,
• Maintain and drive a culture of superior customer experience.,
• Manage the operations of the relevant depots to ensure alignment with operational goals.,
• Manage the quality control of the relevant depots to ensure standards are maintained.,
• Oversee the people management of relevant depots and ensure a positive work environment and high-performing culture.
