    Performance Engineer

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Build appropriate performance test scenarios, this includes various types of performance scenarios i.e. Exploratory, Baseline, Load, Volume, Stress and Soak Test scenarios. Ensure correct execution of performance test scenarios, ensure they meet acceptable quality levels when reviewed against performance test standards. Collect all required metrics during and after test and populate results using standard performance test report templates. Monitor Server health and error rates during performance test execution. Deliver performance testing project activities according to plan, and be able to identify potential risks and issues upfront. Actively seek ways to unblock issues by identifying and communicating with stakeholders, through collaboration be able to resolve or escalate appropriately.  Running end-to-end performance test projects within an agile environment.  Performance testing cloud applications in Microsoft Azure.  Providing innovative solutions in order to streamline current processes using different technologies within the business and the performance test team. 

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • First Degree in Information Studies
    • Professional and industry related certifications e.g., automated testing tools, script writing.
    • Non Functional testing: Non-functional testing skills like Security and Usability testing, Cloud Certification.

    Experience

    • 8-10 years proven working experience in Software Development Life Cycle. Track record in the automation of testing approaches, tools and load balancing and performance testing.  Other Nonfunctional testing types/Cloud certification an advantage.
    • Loadrunner Protocols used are HTTP/HTML, Web TruClient. 
    • Jmeter,  Neoload Web HTTP/HTML and APIs, Test Automation using Selenium and Java.

    Manager, Collections, Strategy & Support

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Lead in ensuring effective management of all administration work as well as the recoveries strategy for the Rehabilitation and Recoveries department.

    The role reports into the Manager Rehabilitation and Recoveries.

    GOVERNANCE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE:

    • Ensure all manuals, processes and policies are well documented and reviewed in a timely manner.

    ADMINISTRATION:

    • Ensure all complaints and queries are attended to as per the SLAs in place.

    Ensure all complaints and queries are worked through sales force

    LEGAL:

    • Offer timely legal advisory on all issues arising in the unit, support the court enforced recovery actions as a witness of the bank and support the legal department / external counsel on all legal issues arising from Recovery actions.

    REPORTING:

    • Ensure that the daily productivity report for money collected by each collector/team is populated and shared with the relevant stake holders in a timely manner.

    DIGITIZATION:

    • Drive the digitization agenda in the department. This should cover all processes and ways of work.

    SYSTEMS:

    • Ensure all collections within Rehabilitation and Recoveries department as well as vendors are done on the system.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in management within the collections and recoveries environment.
    • Sound knowledge of relevant statutory legislation and all legal procedures
    • A degree in Business administration or any related field. A certification in collections and recoveries will be an added advantage.

    Support the measurement of counterparty credit risk and country risk on derivatives products across all asset classes on a daily basis.     QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Qualification:

    • Honours Degree in Financial Mathematics.

    Experience Required:

    • 1-2 years experience in Measurement and management of Counterparty credit risk exposure.
    • 1-2 years experience in Financial and derivative market products.
    • 1-2 years experience in Quantitative modelling and problem solving.
    • 3-4 years in an understanding of pricing of derivative products across multiple asset classes, an understanding of stochastic processes used in the modelling of risk drivers underlying the derivative valuation, fair understanding of basic coding, communication to various stakeholders.
