    Finance Manager

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monthly financial and management reporting, supporting commentary and schedules
    • Quarterly forecasting
    • Annual budget and 3 year plan submissions
    • Analyses of movements in general ledger balances (such as turnover, direct and overhead costs, cost recoveries etc.) 
    • Analyses of all aspects of gross margin (front margin, supplier rebates, stock adjustments etc.)
    • Comparison of results  to budget and prior year with related variance analyses
    • Analyses of financial data and other operating information to identify efficiency improvements or better cost management
    • Review of financial performance against key metrics and identify areas of concern by providing feedback to the business to support strategic decision making 
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of business activity and initiatives and impact there-off on financial performance
    • Maintain healthy relationship with internal customers
    • Lead a team of financial accountants
    • Ad hoc assignments, projects and investigations 

    Requirements:

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

    • Preference for CA, CIMA qualification or related qualification;  
    • Financial and management reporting: 3 - 5 years related experience, preferable in retail environment and/or commercial environment
    • Commercially astute, articulate, strong technical skills, insightful and an influential leader impacting at both strategic and operational level
    • Google Workspace and MS Excel proficient
    • SAP S/4 HANA proficiency advantageous

    Campaign Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Campaign Management by managing the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing direct customer campaigns.
    • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team on campaigns.
    • Tracking & measurement of marketing direct customer campaigns, on time and within budget
    • Collect and use data to evaluate existing campaigns and to inform new campaigns
    • Work to strict deadlines and KPI’s as set by Head of Customer Insight
    • Ensure customer data requirements are identified to maximise campaign responses
    • Work closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Specialist  to Identify the best use of customer data requirements that maximises campaign response, interpret and report back to key stakeholders on all campaign and data initiatives

    Requirements:

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • 3-5 +years in campaign management
    • Proven experience in digital and direct marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience would be advantageous 
    • Expertise in process management and the ability to streamline workflows.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Understanding of digital and direct marketing best practices, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, POPIA).
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (desired but not required).
    • Retail and loyalty background will be preferred

    • Understanding of running  retail campaigns
    • Solid Knowledge of managing a marketing campaigns calendar

    Finance Clerk: Fixed Assets

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

    • Recording of all asset transactions ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies
    • Administration of retirements and transfers of assets on asset database 
    • Manage all the asset suspense accounts
    • Reconciliation of trial balance to detailed Finsums
    • Fixed Asset Management information on request
    • Facilitate enhancements to existing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy of reporting

    Requirements:

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

    • Tertiary Qualification (i.e. Certificate, Diploma or Degree) in accounting

    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements:

    Salesforce Marketing Specialist

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Build and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
    • Optimisation of Salesforce modules and data to enable Marketing Campaign Personalisation
    • Tracking and reporting of Marketing Cloud omni channel campaigns
    • Relationship Management  with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success and best use of the Salesforce platform.

    Requirements:

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors degree
    • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist would be preferred
    • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator would be preferred
    • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant would be advantageous
    • 5 years experience within a marketing environment
    • 1-3 years of experience working with any Salesforce Cloud tools having designed, developed and delivered Marketing Automation solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Platform (including email, Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, SMS, and push notification campaigns) or something similar 
    • Experience in customer-facing discussions
    • Experience in data-specific roles working with BI tools 
    • Knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform (including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder) will be an advantage
    • Data aware 
    • The ability to engage with stakeholders and to quickly help them
    • Optional but a plus: 
    • Familiarity with server-side web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS, SOAP and REST API
    • Sound knowledge of database management, data modelling, business intelligence, SQL querying, data warehousing, and online analytical processing, will be an advantage

    Business Manager: Cellular

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage Multiple Product lines across different Product categories within the scope of the portfolio
    • Negotiate, liaise and build constructive relationships/contracts with service providers/suppliers
    • Identify and introduce new or variation of current concepts to business
