    Campaign Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Campaign Management by managing the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing direct customer campaigns.
    • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team on campaigns.
    • Tracking & measurement of marketing direct customer campaigns, on time and within budget
    • Collect and use data to evaluate existing campaigns and to inform new campaigns
    • Work to strict deadlines and KPI’s as set by Head of Customer Insight
    • Ensure customer data requirements are identified to maximise campaign responses
    • Work closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Specialist  to Identify the best use of customer data requirements that maximises campaign response, interpret and report back to key stakeholders on all campaign and data initiatives

    Requirements:

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • 3-5 +years in campaign management
    • Proven experience in digital and direct marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience would be advantageous 
    • Expertise in process management and the ability to streamline workflows.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Understanding of digital and direct marketing best practices, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, POPIA).
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (desired but not required).
    • Retail and loyalty background will be preferred
    • Learning Orientation
    • Understanding of running  retail campaigns
    • Solid Knowledge of managing a marketing campaigns calendar
    • Advanced computer literacy skills - google workspace
