• Fitted, inspected, tested, and repaired MCC, circuits & wiring systems, and electrical equipment
• Used, installed, and applied fault finding on programmable logical control circuits (PLC's)
• Installed and commissioned machinery and equipment

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing environment in the FMCG industry

Overview:

This Role is responsible for identified initiative for AMESA [ including SSA] and APAC in HR area. Role is accountable for provideleadership, ownership, and accountability for the relationships between business [HR] & PepsiCo IT. This includes shaping therequirements, proposal creation, business alignment on funding, owning the product end to end for business delivery, adoption andvalue realization by working with various stakeholders. This role also includes working with internal IT delivery, security, Enterprisearchitect etc. teams during the various phases of the project to ensure the deliverables are met per biz expectation. Role also includesidentification of new technologies to meet & solve business challenges and ensures that its aligned to global and sector roadmap

Responsibilities

Organizational Responsibilities:

• Demand management, prioritization and working with business in shaping up the requirements
• Alignment & manage DevSecOps team for overall delivery and sustain for the business applications & AOP priorities
• Be the first point of contact for business on new initiative in terms of being consultant to business for automation.
• Translate business direction in firm action points and align with IT strategy at sector level.
• Manage the cost & scope for respective programs under HR area.
• Come up with continues improvement agenda for reducing the issues and increase business value realization from IT automation.
• Work with vendors and external teams to seek new technology/tool adoption to drive productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Own and deliver the digital agenda for HR planning and analysis

Qualifications

• Years of Experience  10-15 years experience overall

Tech Skills:

• Degree in Information technology or related field
• Good background in Payroll, Personal affairs, Time & Attendance management, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development and Compensation & Benefits process.
• Strong HR system management experience with proven ability to manage project budgets.
• Incumbent should be able to demonstrate strong Project Management and Project Delivery experience, combined with strong communication  and presentation skills.
• Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent in DevSecOps model with extended teams.
