    Key Performance Areas

    Fielding Customer Calls
    Email these resolved calls to the customer and keep a record of these calls

    • Opening job cards in SAP, ensuring all info such as address, tel. numbers, contact person, equipment type, and proper description of fault is recorded including contract and serial number

    Responsible to follow up on open job cards (updates, returns, quotes etc.)

    • Inform Customers/Sales Consultants when we cannot meet our deadlines or attend to their calls timeously

    Daily Reporting

    • Distribute reports to Internal Customers within the Technical Management Team
    • Generate Daily Reports:
    • Avaya Telephone Stats
    • Toc Bot Stats

    Follow up on Quotes

    Area Sales Manager - Potchefstroom

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Monitor store ordering process, stock levels, and returns and take corrective action if required

    Senior Packaging Technologist - JHB

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Develop packs for innovation and translate a prototype concept into a fully commercialized package, working closely with suppliers

    • Application of necessary packaging development skills to ensure “Design for Quality” packaging designs which performs well at all stages in the Supply Chain

    Mechanical Foreman - Kempton Park

    Job Specification:

    Key Performance Areas:

    Health, Safety and Environment

    • Adhere to, and ensure compliance by subordinates to the company safety policies and procedures
    • Assist with obtainment and maintenance of relevant health, safety and environmental management system standards
