    Apprentice Level 1: Motor Mechanic | Ford Paarden Eiland

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Attend scheduled technical/ level training courses.
    • To assist with the repair of vehicles in order to obtain practical experience under the supervision and instruction of a Technician.
    • Prepare thoroughly for level tests in order to qualify within the maximum of 4 years.

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    Key Tasks:

    • Receive customers in a professional and friendly manner in order to ensure they feel valued.

    Service Centre Manager | Auto Pedigree | Richards Bay

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities, improved technical skills and current marketing methods
    • Ensure high standards of quality workmanship
    • Maintain effective control of expenses in line with budget objectives by monthly examination of management accounts
    • In conjunction with the achievement of labour efficiency targets, maintain workshop productivity records to monitor the effective use of labour
    • Ensure all workshop equipment is maintained as per requirements
    • Monitor all training requirements to provide satisfactory levels of skill, job satisfaction and cost-effective development of key personnel
    • Establish adequate safety and security procedures to protect property and company personnel
    • Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials
    • Maintain good liaison with all other departmental managers

    • Plan, initiate,  promote sales campaigns and be able to cold call customer
    • Ensure the most effective use of resources.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Minimum Experience

    • 3 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which at least 1 year in a leadership position.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Code 8 driver’s license
    • Thorough understanding of Dealership Aftersales functions.
    • MS Office with intermediate level Excel skills as minimum.
    • Knowledge of the area’s most spoken languages an advantage.

    Driver Light Duty -Retail Parts Distribution Centre

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    •  Ensure that all deliveries and routes are followed as per instructions.
    • Check all parts for damages and correct picking upon all deliveries.
    •  Capture the Proof of Delivery and return it safely.
    • All parts transported must be secured and no in transit damages due to negligence. 
    • Adhere to all traffic regulations.
    • All Return for credit collections must have the relevant paperwork.
    • Assist iN the warehouse from time to time, as part of training.
    • Timekeeping and time management to ensure all parts are delivered on time  and vehicle retuned before close of business.

    Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Experience:

    • 1-3 years relevant driving experience

    Minimum Qualification:

    • Grade 12

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (at least 2 years old)
    • Computer literate (basic level will suffice)
    • Must be fully bilingual and able to communicate with customers effectively in English.
    • Able to read a map.

    Essential to Note:

    Sales Executive: Used Vehicles - Vereeniging Multifranchise

    Key Tasks:

    • Customer and sales management.
    • Develop the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
    • Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
    • Prospect for new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
    • Sell vehicle features and benefits.
