- Check a percentage of scanned paper documents against electronic images on Compcare for image quality
- Run more reports to identify more irregularities where applicable
- Check that the document images are classified correctly and linked to the correct Employer, Claimant, MSP etc.
- Check that documents received electronically are stored with proof of origin and received date
- Check that satellite office staff scan documents to the correct branch email address for indexing and that the images are clear
- Check that on documents received electronically at the satellite office, the staff forward the electronic content as well as attachments.

- Good working knowledge and understanding of computer systems and technologies
- Ability to interface with users, IT Developers, management and external IT Services providers.
