    Branch Administrator

    Vacancies exist for a Branch Administrator. The position will report to the Branch Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to assist in the administrative, Financial, and managerial responsibilities of the allocated Branch and Ops Managers.

    Key Performance Areas: (Not totally inclusive)

    • Debtors and Creditors Management for allocated contracts.
    • Assist with the management of budget allocations for Transport Department per contract.
    • Consolidate and report on all assets at the various contract sites.
    • Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are timeously done.
    • Personnel Management administrative processes.
    • Ensure that all Payroll and Salary related concerns are handled accurately and efficiently.

     Qualifications, experience and other competencies

    • Matric Certificate.
    • Strong command of English and Afrikaans
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and professionally
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
    • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
    • Must be able to work under pressure
    • Own transport is essential
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SAP as well as Excel

    Team Leader-KwaZulu-Natal

    Reporting to Branch Manager
    The above position is vacant at Fidelity Cash Solutions, reporting to the Branch Manager.

    The overall purpose of this position is to collect and deliver clients’ money and provide proof of delivery and collection.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Clear criminal record
    • PSIRA accredited at least with Grade B
    • Completed firearm training in handgun and rifle
    • SAPS competency certificate
    • CIT certificate
    • Experience in the security industry or similar role
    • Driver’s license
    • Computer literate

    Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

    • Opening and closing of the branch
    • Branch security
    • Reports
    • Client services
    • Ensure all equipment and vehicles are clean and in working condition.
    • See that all security systems on vehicles AND branch are operational
    • Ensure personnel adhere to the SOP’S.
    • Respond to all robberies and accidents

    Senior Reaction Officer- Houghton

    Main purpose of the job:

    To manage the deployment of armed response vehicles and assist with responding to alarm activations as well as the operational functioning of a shift.

    Driving Instructor - KZN

    The overall purpose of this position is to facilitate, assess and present driver training interventions (classroom based, as well as in-car assessments) as per the training function, within area of responsibility. Compliance with best practices, quality assurance standards and Industry requirements as per impacting legislation.

    The required work area will also include regional branch visits and the working of irregular hours.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Driver’s License (EB)
    • Certified K53 driving Instructor – (Valid Driving Instructor Certificate from a Provincial Traffic Training College or MasterDrive)
    • Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Packages
    • Grade 12 / NQF 4
    • PSIRA Grades E-B
    • Assessor registration with ETDP SETA & SASSETA
    • LMV Drivers License (Minimum of three years’ experience)
    • Ability to communicate well in English
    • Clear Criminal Record

    • Facilitate, present and assess training interventions according to Industry and internal standards to as per QMS and best practices.
    • Comply with curriculum and training interventions within area of responsibility via effective facilitation and assessment methods.

    SASSETA / PSIRA / QCTO; Company Policies and Procedures etc.
