    Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Cape Town CBD)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diary Management: Efficiently organize and manage the Managing Director’s schedule.
    • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodation, and transportation for business trips.
    • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
    • Timesheet preparation: accurate and timely completion of time sheet on the relevant tracking software
    • Presentation Preparation: Assist in creating and delivering compelling credentials presentations.

    MW TTL Art Director

    • Our Cape Town office is looking for a MW Through-The-Line (TTL) Art Director to add their creative Digital and ATL skills on the Shoprite Group Franchise sector, delivering and encouraging award-winning work, from conceptualizing integrated campaigns through to execution, exceeding client expectations.
    • You will be a ATL creative all-star, with a solid background in digital. Ready to take on the world of retail. You have the skill set to capture promotional excitement and breakthrough designs for multiple media platforms such as web banners, newsletters, social media and website elements, whilst ensuring that the ATL elements, such as print leaflets, Point of Sale, outdoor media and TVC concepts, are just as exciting and ground-breaking.
    • As TTL Art Director/Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering ATL elements; graphics; websites; logos; social media graphics and banners; static and rich banners; e-mail campaigns and mobi-site animations and GIFs. Our ideal person would enjoy working within a greater creative team.

    Minimum relevant experience and skills/attributes required:

    • An eye for detail, ability to work well under pressure, as well as being up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques and technologies are essential requirements
    • Working closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client's brief
    • Producing 'storyboards' (television) or 'roughs' or 'scamps' (print) to communicate ideas to the client

    Social Media Coordinator

    Description

    • We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media to join our close-knit team and become a part of delivering quality 360 digital campaigns to be proud of.
    • From stand-alone social, influencer and content tactical initiatives, to fully integrated 360 digital campaigns - you will be working on some of the biggest, most loved brands in South Africa and beyond
    • The social media executive is responsible for the delivery and go live of social media jobs against brand strategy. Core to the role is taking briefs from client and working with internal teams (client service, creative, production, strategy, PR etc.) and external suppliers (media partners) to plan and execute work on social media platforms effectively. You will be mentored and supported by experienced social media managers and leaders.
    • The ideal candidate for this role has a marketing / agency background and has enthusiasm for the retail industry. They would need to have superior presentation and communication skills and proven hands-on experience making use of social media channels. They would also need stay on top of latest social media trends, interpret data and reports, and apply these insights to the client’s campaigns. In summary, they would need to apply their growing expertise in social media to the work we do for our clients.

    Client Service

    • Establish and maintain relationships with clients.  
    • Manage creative briefs, client feedback and delivery of content.
    • Coordinate with team, update status, manage deliverables and meet expectations.
    • Set up, manage, conduct, and contact report on client presentations.
    • When necessary, manage supplier and/or client billings.

    Content & Channel Planning

    • Create and direct clients content calendars and social posting schedule with best practice in mind.

    Content & Channel Administration

    • Effective collaboration with creative, paid media and other relevant departments.
    • Scheduling & deactivation of content across channels.
    • Ensure effective searchability / tracking / tagging across content.
    • Manage client’s creative content bible.
    • Be an advanced user in all tech and tools relevant to your role.
    • Ad hoc community management when required. 

    Content & Channel Performance Management

    • Work closely with Strategy department to ensure effective integration of efforts.
    • Assist with Channel, Content, Campaign and Health Audits / Reporting
    • Assist with Benchmark, Review, Live Listening and ROI Reporting
    • Daily performance checks & escalations/recommendations
    • Manage Creative Identity of Channel, Content, Templates and Spec sheets.

    Department Integration:

    • Establish and maintain relationships and/or partnerships with key leverage points that affect social media strategy, management and/or implementation. You’ll need to be able to collaborate and partner in any relevant instances.
