    Campaign Manager

    This role reports to the Head of Performance & Projects

    Your responsibilities will include

    From a Management perspective:

    • Run, Optimise, and Manager our performance channels, with reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the internal and external stakeholders.
    • Liaise with other departments to direct the marketing priorities that enable business success.
    • Build and maintain relationships with our commercial partners at an account manager level.

    From a Technical perspective:

    • Technical implementation of campaign strategies (campaign setup, bidding strategy executions, and feedback loop), and A/B test across all performance marketing channels.
    • Run, Optimize and Manage our campaign sets across various channels(Google, Facebook, TikTok etc) and platforms (web + app)
    • Develop, scale and continuously refine and optimize our campaign strategy for the future, ensuring our full-funnel marketing strategy complement each performance channel.

    Attributes required:

    • Data-driven decision-making capabilities with the ability to converse with all levels of management about their approach.
    • A strong problem-solving and solution-orientated mindset.
    • Attention to detail in all levels of their approach to campaign management. (Campaign set up and reporting)
    • E-commerce experience (Required)

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A tertiary qualification is required preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
    • At least 1-3 years of experience in a campaign manager role.
    • Certifications: Google Ads (Required) Google Analytics (Required) DoubleClick (Beneficial)
    • Experience on the following platforms:
    • Google Ads (Required) - Includes Search(Required), Shopping(Required), Discover(Beneficial), YouTube(Beneficial), and App Campaign (Beneficial)
    • Google Marketing Platform: (Having experience across all is beneficial but not required)
    • SA360 (Beneficial)
    • DV360 and CM360 (Beneficial)
    • GA360 (Beneficial) and GA4(Beneficial)
    • Beneficial Experience on the following platforms: (Experience on these platforms is highly beneficial to an applicant)
    • Meta Ads ( Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp)
    • TikTok
    • Snapchat

    Divisional Buying Manager

    The position reports to the Head of Retail Buying.

    You will be responsible for managing a team of category buyers and driving growth and improving performance for the Lifestyle division, including: Camping & Outdoor, Fashion, Luggage & Travel & Sport. This includes developing a category strategy for 'how to win' in these categories, assessing market opportunities, managing the team to deliver against the strategy, building a team, and driving performance improvement initiatives throughout the team.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop a comprehensive strategy/plan to drive growth across the departments in brands, suppliers and new product selection
    • Manage the execution against this plan and ensure teams prioritize strategic objectives
    • Manage team against key financial and service level performance indicators within the department (sales, margin, rebates, listings availability, stock cover etc.)
    • Profit & Loss management
    • Develop range, forecast and stock management methodology to drive efficiencies within supply chain whilst maintaining and growing product selection
    • Build & foster new and current supplier relationships, improve service level agreements and manage the team to deliver on stronger negotiations
    • Identify and execute on performance/business growth initiatives
    • Motivate and professionally develop your team, while ensuring appropriate succession planning
    • Manage site-merchandising and work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for the division

    Attributes required:

    Qualifications and experience:

    • 8+ years’ experience in a high-performance environment
    • 3+ years managerial experience

    • Strong competency in analytical tools
    • Experience in building, managing and developing teams
