    Benefits Administrator - Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

    Your purpose

    • This position entails supporting and advise to employees regarding benefits eligibility, documenting & processing benefit applications and claims, identifying and providing benefit feedback & updates.

    Your key responsibilities

    Oversee the general administration of employee benefits, this includes:

    • Benefit allocations and resolutions.
    • Oversee the general administration of employee benefits by maintaining updated employee benefit forms and documentation (claims, applications etc.)
    • Monitoring & tracking of and reporting on benefit processes/documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and delivery in line with policies.
    • Liaising with external stakeholders (dependents, fund administrators, insurers) on behalf of employees re. benefit allocations & resolutions.
    • Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums.
    • Handle all benefit compensations (IOD's).
    • Advise employees of their benefit options.
    • Collaborate and maintain professional communication with finance department.
    • Understanding of the details of all benefits choices offered by the company.
    • Serve as primary contact between employees, benefit plan providers and third-party administrators.
    • Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes.
    • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and fees.

    What are the requirements?

    • Grade 12 and a Diploma in Administration/or similar.
    • 1+ year/s relevant experience. Understanding of Employee Benefits & Rewards (advantageous).
    • Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills, HR Systems (Sage, etc) advantageous.
    • Attention to detail, Self-motivated, proactive and works independently. Confident and ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.

    Senior Systems Support (Finance)

    Who we’re looking for?

    • You’ve got a financial/accounting background and moved into the tech space
    • You’re great at working with people
    • You have at least 4 years’ experience working with Dynamics 365 or a similar financial system
    • You’re in a senior support role and are that natural “go to person” for the team
    • You have a qualification in IT, finance, or business

    A day in your life?

    • Ensure the timeous and effective response to first line support queries & problems to resolve issues arising from the use of applications and escalate queries where the issue cannot be resolved.
    • Analyse trends in incidences reported & resolved to provide insights to developers and IT teams on areas of concern or repeated problems within applications or systems
    • Document the process applied and resolution used to resolve incidences to maintain a library of knowledge to be shared with support & IT teams
    • Ensure incidents are resolved as per SLA agreement
    • Ensure Access and master data to all applications are managed accurately
    • Proactively review all environments to ensure the mitigation of risks
    • Address risks identified by internal and external audit
    • Ensuring compliance with best practice and standards
    • Build a sustainable working relationship with customers to ensure good customer service
    • Work with both internal and external teams to drive root cause resolution of incidents logged
    • Develop, enhance and maintain applications that conform to user requirements and specified architectural design.
    • Solving technical problems
    • Conduct post implementation monitoring and support
    • Mentor junior support associates
