    • Forensic Audit Trainee working within the VKB Group Forensic Audit department. Will be responsible to perform forensic and routine audits and report the findings to management.

    Requirements

    • Completed Degree in Forensic Auditing

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Planning and conducting routine and forensic audits/fraud investigations

    • Analyzing financial statements and systems from a forensic perspective
    • Identifying system and internal control weaknesses
    • Providing evidence at disciplinary hearings and in criminal / civil courts where necessary
    • Liaising with role players in law enforcement and intelligence agencies
    • Providing management with advice on fraud prevention and detection strategies
    • Regular travelling will be required

    Fitter: Infrastructure

    Job Description:

    • The Fitter Infrastructure is responsible for the application of preventative maintenance on structures at all our Free State silos and other locations as needed. This role involves ensuring that all maintenance work is conducted safely and effectively, in line with industry standards and company procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct preventative maintenance on structural components at Free State silos and other required locations.
    • Perform regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
    • Manage and lead a team of 3 maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
    • Provide reports on maintenance activities and any issues encountered.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
    • Trade qualification in Fitting or Boilermaking (recommended).
    • Competency certificate for working at heights.
    • Relevant competency for conducting risk assessments.
    • Certification as an inspector for access scaffolding.
    • Competency in rigging and slinging.
    • Good leadership skills with experience managing a team of 3 or more.
