    Regional Senior Brand Manager - Self Care - AMET

    Major Duties & Responsibilities

    Brand Strategy Implementation and Execution Planning

    • Full accountability to deliver in year NTS, GP & share targets and shape the Y2-Y3 plans
    • Partners with senior management, lead-markets and cross functional teams in creating a robust End to End plans
    • Conducts business reviews with the markets identifying new opportunities and the need to revise plans if necessary.
    • Monitors market, brand performance, competitors, trends and consumer insights. Ensure a deep understanding of the key drivers behind share and sales performance to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Leads the 3YOP Plan for priority Self Care brands.
    • Works closely with EMEA squads to echo the needs of the cluster in regard to pipeline development, NPDs, NPIs, commercial innovations, assets / content /claims development for the cluster
    • Leads & implements the end to end portfolio management, pricing, promotion and communication strategy across the cluster.

    Deploying regional/global communication strategy

    • Leads the communication planning for the cluster (comms priorities, calendar, media strategy).
    • Provides input to regional and global teams for all content development needs and requirements.
    • Adapts or transcreates regional/global campaigns, partnering with agency to amplify these campaigns across the cluster.       
    • Acts as brand equity guardian for the cluster, ensuring consistency across all markets.
    • Collaborates with local Brand Activation teams and healthcare professional team

    Deploying new products (portfolio extensions, brand expansion to new markets)

    • Based on local market knowledge, provides cluster inputs to regional/global team, from trade to regulatory requirements, for the development of future innovations.
    • Leads cross-functional team to bring regional/global innovations into AMET (Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, gatekeeping).
    • Assess potential of new products and develops business case.
    • Leverages regional/global launch toolkit and adapts to the cluster reality, in partnership with other functions.

    What We Are Looking For

    Required Qualifications  

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing, with progressive leadership roles and a strong track record of business results.
    • Strong experience in FMCG brand management is required.
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making.
    • Experience in both brand strategy and market execution.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Experience in developing regional (multi-country) plans.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Fluent or Native English is required.
    • Travel up to 20% may be required. 

     Desired Qualifications  

    • Master’s or MBA is a plus. 
    • Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus.
    • Experience on both regional and local roles is preferred.
    • Experience working on baby care is preferred.
    • Baby Care market knowledge of Middle East and/or Africa is a plus.

    Senior Specialist Trade Compliance Operations-

    Key Responsibilities

    • Trade Compliance local DRI for EMEA Trade Compliance Operations team (SOP deployment and controls implementation, CIA audit preparation).
    • Preparation and optimization processes of customs clearance of Consumer & OTC products.
    • Customs brokerage management implementation (SLA, KPI’s, contracts, invoice control).
    • Overall import & export process control: document check, customs clearance monitoring, shipments tracking, communication with customs brokers and customs authorities.
    • Clearing instruction filling and signing (authorized person by Kenvue with sufficient customs knowledge acknowledgement) + instructions for VOC (voucher of correction).
    • Ensuring the timely process of customs clearance of goods of the company and the release for free circulation.
    • Performance management in accordance with department’s KPI.
    • Maintaining of department KPI Dashboard.
    • Interaction with goods suppliers and forwarders in the context of shipment dates and shipping documents: control and approval.
    • Maintaining a product database, necessary for customs clearance, its updating and storage.
    • Recordkeeping and ensuring the safety of cargo documentation in electronic form.
    • SARS and participant government authorities’ management across Sub-Saharan Africa.
    • Cross-function collaboration (commercial, supply chain, finance, legal, tax, RA, etc.)
    • External legal providers management upon need.
    • Budget control (customs related payments and brokerage fees).
    • Advising business representatives on customs clearance issues.
    • Support to strategic internal projects of the company.
    • Special customs procedures arrangement (for ex. Inward/outward processing, temporary import and export, via ATA carnet): understanding of requirements and possible risks, discussion with customs broker and communication to Business Units.
    • Development, implementation and update of SOPs and process flows.
    • Customs legislation changes monitoring.
    • Identifying improvement areas in import & export processes. Specific requirements
    • Acquire knowledge of the Quality Management System that have been adopted by the AMET Cluster of Marketing Companies and the relevant Quality System Procedures that are applicable to the job through inclusion of related processes and procedures in the individual training plan.
    • Maintain 100 % adherence in training plan timeliness and ensure appropriate application of relevant Quality and Compliance processes and procedures to the job.
    •  Report any non-compliances or deviation to the Business Quality and Compliance Head of sub-cluster in AMET.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Economics, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred).
    • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Trade Compliance.
    • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
    • Experience with international trade flows and import/export documentation.
    • Familiarity with SARS Customs Legislation, World Customs Organization, HTS code determination, Customs valuation principles, rules of origin, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), INCOTERMS, customs brokerage activities, and special customs authorizations/licenses.
    • Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
    • Ability to drive and influence change with partners and key stakeholders.
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

    Pharmacist Intern

    Key Responsibilities

    Based on the four pillars;

    Day-to-Day Support:

    • Ensure that procedures and process within area of responsibility are performed in accordance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
    • Drive and support close out of all relevant compliance related audit findings.
    • Responsible for performing line-openings and in process checks according to legislative and company requirements.
    • Update GMP documents (SOP, WI, PPI and PI etc), as required and train accordingly.

    • Support regulatory with technical documents

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Drive, contribute and support continuous improvement initiatives of GMP compliance and standards within the department accordingly and together with the management team.
    • Plan the implementation of improvement projects
    • Perform internal assessments in production areas and develop corrective actions to strengthen cGMP.
