• Sound management of Workshop in line with budget and company strategic objectives (Work in progress, work scheduling, quality of work, quote accuracy, profitability of individual workshops and department, profitability of maintenance contracts etc.)
• Overall responsibility to ensure quality customer service of the Workshop, to ensure optimum response time and professional service always.
• Ensure regular and timeous feedback to the Product Support Representative.
• Customer Care – Build and foster a healthy relationship with the customer to promote business.
• Provide regular updates and progress of all activities on site.
• Overall responsibility to ensure the Workshop team follows administrative procedures correctly.
• Ensure that health and safety requirements are met premises, and all regulations are adhered to.
• Ensure workshops meets ASEC requirements.
• Drive customer service excellence.
• Grow the Workshop in line with company requirements.
• Development and implementation of operational innovation.
