    Talent Acquisition And Assessment Consultant

    Job Advert Summary

    To provide a holistic talent acquisition and assessment services to Rand Water Business Units in line with the agreed business model.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Essential qualifications are: Appropriate Master’s Degree in Psychology/ Social Sciences. A recognized Psychologist with an active registration with the Health Professional Council South Africa (HPCSA) in terms of the designated registration category.
    • Experience 3-5 years’ human resource experience (involved in assessments, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development as well as succession planning). 5 years’ experience in the appropriate field utilising competency based or role fit assessment batteries. Proven track record of independent practice and implementing corporate in-house assessments an advantage.

    Knowledge

    • Mandatory HR legislation
    • Regulations impacting on organisational assessments.
    • HPCSA business practice requirements as well as best global practices and trends.
    • Understanding of competency assessment requirements in large corporations.
    • Accredited competency based or role fit assessments.
    • Data mining and interpretation of statistical information.
    • Quality Management Systems and audit environment.
    • Project management principles
    • Understanding teams and workplace dynamics

    Skills

    • Interpretation of policies and broader HR legislation
    • Competency assessment strategies and best fit assessment batteries.
    • Ability to analyse and produce individual and management assessment reports.
    • Communicating with multi-disciplinary teams.
