    Support Specialist IT

    Job description:

    Purpose Statement

    • Supporting all the Value Added Services (VAS) as well as overall team
    • Providing technical support to internal departments dealing with client queries
    • Dealing with internal customer queries and the resolution thereof
    • Working on the VAS support desk
    • Assist with testing where applicable

    Experience

    • At least 2 - 3 years Systems Analyst experience
    • Including 1 years experience within the Value Added Services environment
    • Must have proven experience in providing technical support to internal departments dealing with clientqueries

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
    • Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Knowledge

    Min:
    Basic knowledge & understanding of:

    • Computer Systems
    • Transaction switching and ISO8583 Messaging
    • Databases and Query language (i.e. SQL)

    Skills

    • Communications Skills
    • Conditions of Employment
    • Clear criminal and credit record
